📌 Exhibitor Guidelines & Policies

💰 Selling Items at the Conference
Exhibitors are permitted to sell items, including curriculum, books, and other educational materials. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting payment and distributing sold items.

📝 Application Approval & Space Availability

• Applications may be denied based on availability of space and/or the appropriateness of materials for the conference.

🛑 Registration Deadline
Registration closes when sold out or at 4:00 PM on April 3rd, 2024.

⚠ No Refunds or Cancellations

• Once your application is submitted and approved, your exhibitor booth is considered confirmed, and any remaining balance must be paid in full.

• No refunds or cancellations will be offered.

👥 Additional Attendees & Non-Transferable Registrations

• Exhibitor booths include 2 conference registrations.

• If you have additional staff attending the conference and staffing your booth, they must register separately with adult registrations.

• Registrations are non-transferable.

🔐 Security & Check-In Procedures

• All attendees (students, parents, community members, exhibitors, etc.) must provide their full legal name.

  • Legal names are required to expedite check-in and ensure the safety of all attendees.

  • Attendee name lists will not be shared outside of Iowa Safe Schools staff and designated volunteers.

• Bag Searches:

  • All bags are subject to search prior to entry for the safety of all attendees and staff.

  • Iowa Safe Schools reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee who refuses to comply with these policies.

  • No refunds will be issued for failure to comply.
