Check-in: Begins at 8:30 AM

Event Start: 9:00 AM

End of Day: Our staff will be at the Capitol until approximately 3:00 PM! 

Location: Our event will start at the State Historical Building - 600 E Locust St, Des Moines, IA 50319

We will transition to the State Capitol Building as a walking group (0.3 miles, approx. 7 min walk)

Registration will close on FEBRUARY 18th at 5PM. Registration for Student Day at the Capitol is FREE, but please note that only registered individuals will be permitted to attend. 

This event is geared toward high school and college students. Middle school students who are interested in advocacy are encouraged to attend with a chaperone.
