Event Information:

• Date: Saturday, September 28th, 2024

• Time: Attendee check-in starts at 8:15 A.M., Event runs from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M.

• Location: Fred Maytag II Scout Center, 6123 Scout Trail, Des Moines, IA 50321

Exhibitor Details:

• Fee: $150 for non-profit organizations, $175 for for-profit organizations

• Provided: One standard size table, two chairs, and lunch for up to 2 registrants

• Available: Tables are chosen on a first come, first serve basis. Access to electrical outlet is not guaranteed. Wifi is available on-site.

• Set Up & Tear down: Exhibitor check-in starts at 7:30 A.M., must tear down by 4 P.M.
